Under the Hood Installation...oh wait! No hood yet!

Now here is the problem. Alternator on the drivers side, must go on the pax side under the bracket for teh Vintage A/C Compressor. This leaves no place for the power steering pump. HMMMM?

Valve cover installed.

Header and brake master cylinder installed

Prior to the new exhaust header.

Carb ran great when it came off. Let's see what it does in a few weeks when we crank it up.

Parts and Donuts

Vintage Air and those dang donuts.

Did I mention Donuts? The weekend of the 4th. Happy Birthday America! Hopefully the Gov't won't screw things up...wasn't the reason we left the UK something about taxation without representation?

Before shot of the bumper. After shot comes at the end of this week...

I am taking bets on how many bolts, nuts and screws we have at the end of the build.

Rubber Meets the Tub - Putting the body on with Child Labor

It is starting to come together...

With the Tub Painted by the EXPERT Tim Wallace, Installation Prep has started

We used PPG Frame paint and then rolled an UnderArmour (Rhino Liner) type over the frame paint. The original body had something similar and it has lasted 34 years with very little rust. Hopefully there is another 34 years in our work.

Heather Couldn't Wait and Bought herself a car

At least she can share with a friend and let Simone drive.
